Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from WavelyAudio ("we", "us"). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you accept them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you.

1. Who we are

WavelyAudio is an online shop based in Szeged, Hungary. VAT number: 92374254-1-26. You can reach us at wavelyaudio@outlook.com. Our website and checkout are provided by Whop, which also processes payments.

2. Using this website

To buy from us you must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the website: no unlawful use, fraud, attempts to break or overload it, automated scraping, or interfering with other customers' use of it.

3. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small design changes by the manufacturer may occur. Products are available while stocks last, and we may limit quantities per order.

4. Placing an order

When you check out, you make an offer to buy the items in your cart. The contract is formed when your payment succeeds and you receive the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Bundle prices and the Shipping Protection add-on are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Whop, which may offer to charge you in your local currency at an exchange rate shown at checkout; you can choose to pay in US dollars instead. Your use of the Whop checkout is also subject to Whop's terms.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free unless you choose Express Shipping at checkout. Free Shipping usually arrives within 6-10 business days of your order and Express Shipping within 5-8 business days, depending on the destination. These times are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please make sure your delivery address is correct; if a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

7. Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on. If a protected order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us your order ID within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, with photos if the item is damaged, and we will send a replacement or refund the product price. Shipping Protection does not reduce your legal rights: consumers in the EU and UK are protected until the goods are delivered to them, with or without it.

8. Returns and your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We offer the same 14-day return window to customers everywhere.

To cancel, tell us within the 14 days by email at wavelyaudio@outlook.com. Any clear statement is enough; please include your order ID.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging where possible.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of returning it.
We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until we have received the item back or you have shown proof of sending it.
You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check what it is and how it works.

9. Faulty items

If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us with your order ID and photos. Consumers in the EU have a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery, under which you can ask for a repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or refund. This guarantee applies in addition to the returns policy above.

10. Intellectual property

The website's content, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to WavelyAudio or the people who licensed it to us. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

11. Mistakes on the website

We try to keep everything on the website accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct mistakes in descriptions, prices or availability at any time. If a mistake affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel it.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law.

13. Other websites

The website may link to services run by others, such as Whop. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If something goes wrong, please contact us first, and we will do our best to solve it. Consumers can also turn to their national consumer protection authority or, in Hungary, to the conciliation board of Csongrád-Csanád County.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer our rights under these terms to a business that takes over the shop; your rights will not be reduced.
